200,000 Homes: Are garden cities the answer?

This panel speaking event at Labour Party Conference asked what role the garden city movement can play in solving the UK’s housing crisis, and how they can contribute to meeting Ed Miliband’s 200,000 homes a year by 2020 pledge. With speakers:
