Report Launch: In Sickness and In Health with Norman Lamb MP

Localis is pleased to launch a major new report, which assesses the recent move to a more localist health system and uncovers a real spirit of optimism in local government.
Norman Lamb MP, Care and Support Minister, launched the report and made an impassioned case for the importance of effective health and social care integration, followed by Q&A’s from the floor.
This report, produced in association with Pfizer Ltd, is one of the first to evaluate how healthcare professionals and local government are working together after fundamental reform of the system. It assesses what the opportunities for integrated working might be in the future and offers recommendations to central government on how the new arrangements could develop and evolve.
