Localis is delighted to have supported this years’ Sandy Bruce-Lockhart Lecture.
Lord Howard delivered an excellent speech, ‘Local Opportunity – National Benefit’, arguing that a “perfect storm” of factors “opens the door to a new brand of local leadership”. The event took place at Local Government House on Thursday 18th October 2012.
