“If you’re a Conservative, and you’re planning to attend the Conservative Party Conference in Birmingham, you’ll be in the minority. I think I was the first to remark, three years ago, on the way in which quangocrats and lobbyists had squeezed out party members. Since then, the imbalance has grown.”
