Westminster tells Healey to relax

Westminster City Council is calling on the government to carry out extensive reform of the rules on social housing.
In a letter to housing minister John Healey, the council demands that the local connection rule should be changed to reflect local differences and that local authorities should be allowed to provide a greater range of tenancies.
